How do I get expanded bookmark folder list immediately after pressing Ctrl+D?

I have a set of bookmark folders. When I press Ctrl+D to make a bookmark, I then have to click a button or make three key presses in Edit This Bookmark window to expand the list of folders. Is it possible to have the list expanded by default?
