When I click on a connection, all I get is a blank page.

When I click on a connection on my laptop, all I get is a blank page. This does not happen with other browsers!! 

I am on the 3.6 version, I did try the update to 4,  but I could not get it to work with photobucket properly and so went back to 3.6.
