Unable to delete separator in bookmarks menu.

I accedentally imported the bookmarks from Internet Explorer. After this a new separator appeared. I deleted the IE bookmark folder, but the new separator cannot be removed, as it don't appear in neither of the Ctrl+B or Ctrl+Shift+B menus. Any ideas for how to fix this? My version is 4.0.1

I guess it fixed itself :)
