I can no longer click and drag bookmarks and "Organize Bookmarks" has changed and no longer displays entire bookmark list.

I can no longer click and drag bookmarks and "Organize Bookmarks" has changed and no longer displays entire bookmark list. When I try to drag the bookmark nothing happends and bookmark stays where it was. When trying to open "Organize Bookmarks" I get a Library page with no bookmarks displayed

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
