When I right-click to save an image, there is no longer a drop-down selection of file extensions and .jpg .gif don't show up in the applications list in Options.

I'm running 3.6.12 and sometime within the last week or two (hmmmm .... about the same time there was an update to Firefox?) the drop-down list of extensions quit showing up when I try to save an image. JPG, GIF, BMP, and apparently others are not showing in the "Applications" section of "Options" either.
