No sound with certain videos

Using Firefox I have sound at Youtube but not at a local tv station website. If I try to view the video listed below, I can not hear the voice of the news person but I can hear the commercial before the video plays. It is EXTREMELY frustrating....

Did you click the speaker icon on that player to check the volume level?

As I said, I can here the commercial before the news video, so yes the volume is up loud enough to hear it.

I can hear the commercial without problems, but I can hardly hear the sound of the video without setting the volume to a higher level. The default seems to be 50% and even at 100% it is still not as loud of that commercial.
