The mobile folder are the old Firefox for Android releases up to 68.9.0 version as the current ones are in the fenix folder. https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/fenix/releases/ though Mozilla prefers people use archive.mozilla.org instead.
Fenix is a code name for Firefox for Android.
