How do I access a website if the "note" says maybe a Firefox firewall is preventing it?

I have accessed the particular website many times but today it says, "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at shop.naturalcompounder.com.

If you entered the right address, you can: 

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)"

They appear to be having issue with that url, but this works. https://naturalcompounder.com/ That url fails in both firefox and chrome. see screenshot Looks like a nice store.  ;-))

Hi, Jonzn4SUSE, Thank you for your prompt response. No, your suggestion to use the https:// site did not help. That's exactly what I have been using. I can easily access the site but not the "SHOP" tab which is what I have used for years to place my orders. Yes, it IS a nice store! :-) I have emailed the store to ask them for help. It's the weekend so I look forward to their contacting me tomorrow. You comment about Johnson's Compounding having a "an issue with their url" seems right on. I can't even ping shop.naturalcompounder.com from a command prompt as it just says host not found. There's an issue with that website. Sending them an email about the problem was probably a good idea.
