Toggle for Diabling Homepage Shortcuts Missing

Recently, my homepage has started showing shortcuts again, a feature I previously had turned off cause I dislike it and it often just shows random sites and searches I've done. I went to turn it off again, only for the toggle switch or shortcuts section of the customization settings to not be there at all??? Is this a glitch? Because I don't like this feature and I really hope they've changed it to something you can't turn off

Hi Morgan

If you open the Firefox for Android menu and select Settings and Homepage, you can choose the options to appear on the homescreen.

There is no option relating to shortcuts. I am also having this issue.

Also have this problem, Settings -> Homepage only has options for storys? Not sure why this just now started showing Shortcuts on my homepage. I want it blank. I set it blank on purpose. I want shortcuts off, but there is no option for it...
