outlook secure connection failed
have had trouble with outlook all day. Now, every attempt to gain access to email results in "secure connection failed." Website has worked for many, many years, so what is problem/fix?

There have been some problems with the Outlook back end today: I'm noticing it using the desktop Outlook 365 app, and mobile app updates have been delayed. Microsoft says they are working on it (for the past 6 hours or so?). Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
