Why is Thunderbird loading only inbox messages for me?
Why are only inbox messages loading when I connect my email via Thunderbird? I can't find sent, draft messages and others when I connect my email accounts to Thunderbird. However, all categories loads when I login to the webmail. Why is Thunderbird loading only inbox messages for me?

See if those folders are subscribed:
R. click the accounts > Subscribe
Not sure how this response will solve the highlighted issue. can't even find "subscribe" on Thunderbird. Is there a platform to live chat with the support?
In Account Settings, Server Settings, what is the Server Type? If it's POP, only the Inbox is downloaded. To show (subscribe) other folders, it must be IMAP.
