The task bars on the top keep disappearing from my screen whenever I move my mouse away from hovering over them, I want to know how to stop and to keep them constantly on the screen at all times.

If the Windows, or whatever, taskbar at the bottom of the screen is also vanishing you are in fullscreen mode and pressing F11 fixes it.
