Firefox crashing after a few seconds upon startup
This is my crash ID: bp-ff99f648-78ab-4cad-b1f5-7aaa70240902 I've already tried troubleshoot mode, same result. I do have a userContent.css file, but deleting it makes no difference, and I can think of no other major change I've made to my installation.
I would prefer not to have to reinstall Firefox.

One more thing, this started happening after I logged into a Mozilla account for syncing.
Update: After deleting the signedInUser.json file underneath the profile, it the issue seems to have been fixed.
Unfortunately, signing back in again causes the issue again.
Windows home or pro? What security software are you running? What version of Firefox? Also try another version of Firefox. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/channel/desktop/Firefox Make sure to install in a different directory from the current install.

Log into another windows account and see if you have the same issue.
I don't have any other accounts.
Create another account.
Add a user account: In the Settings app on your Windows device, select Accounts, Other user or use the following shortcut other Users. Under Add other user , select Add account. Enter the account information for this person to sign in Follow the instructions to finish setting up the account.
