Hi! I can't scroll with the mouse wheel in Firefox. It works fine in other browsers and programs. If I switch to Safe Mode, the scrolling wheel works. But if I switch back to normal mode, the wheel does not work again. I tried to switch off and switch on "Use autoscrolling" and "Use smooth scrolling" settings, but it didn't help. Unfortunately, "Refresh Firefox…" and reinstalling browser completely did not help. I am at a loss, please help.
