I've just switched from Windows 8.1 to Windows 11. I changed the registry keys that control the width and height of the scrollbars, but they're still as thin as before in both Firefox and Thunderbird. I found a solution for FF in the forums, but nothing for TB.

I just found a solution. While my FF scrollbars are now wider, they kept disappearing. I checked the forums and found that there's a Windows setting to prevent that. I don't understand why, but that resulted in wider scrollbars in TB. Solved.

And whats the solution? You know there may be others with same problem but you didnt even show how you solved it.

If you'd asked me at the time, I could have told you. At this point, I've long forgotten. But you're right. I should have clarified which setting it was. A lesson for the future.
