Is there a way to customize Page Up / Down scrolling distance ?

I have extra mouse buttons programmed to Page Up / Down keys and it is very handy for fast scrolling, but I really wish to scroll not whole page but say 80% of the page height, it would be better because I could see some portion of previous page.

Any ideas? Maybe some add-on for this?

You could have a look at preferences in about:config beginning with mousewheel., for example,

mousewheel.min_line_scroll_amount mousewheel.system_scroll_override.enabled mousewheel.system_scroll_override.vertical.factor
