Can no longer specify which account to download, plus I can't see ANY emails in any account

I can no longer specify which account to download. There's no dropdown allowing me to download a single mail account, as there used to be. Also (and much more serious!), I can't see ANY emails in any account. I only see the header. Running Windows 11, and never had issues before.
