Saving historic emails for later access
My business email address is through Comcast. I have a 10 GB email limit with Comcast, and am quickly reaching that limit. There is no expansion option. I would like to archive historic emails, and remove them from the normal email group [thus reducing the # of emails stored], but have them available, should I ever need them in the future. Is this possible? Thanks in advance for all responses!

Copy messages to subfolders of Local Folders, confirm the copy, then delete the messages so they are deleted from the mail server. Another option for archiving is to use an app like MailStore Home. Or, simply select a set of messages, then Ctrl+S to save them as eml files outside of TB; eml files can be viewed by or imported to TB.
