I just deleted my email account by accident. Is there a way to recover the account and the mesages?

I am very confused. This page does not get me to the chosen solution, so how do I find it ?

I had 2 accounts, I deleted the second one, so all messages are also gone ! Luckily the first account still works (josdeters@optus....) Looling forward to a solution. Thanks very much.
