My apologies, the microphone is on the keyboard app, but yes, it does use a Google service so you may not be able to use it at this time.

You can perform a voice search by tapping the microphone icon in the addressbar.
Firefox for Android does not have a built in translation tool.
See, I don't have a microphone icon, even if it's on in the settings. Maybe the problem is that I have a huawei device and I don't have google services. Somebody can help solve this problem.
