Where do I set ExtensionSettings?

I'm trying to set a policy where only specific extensions are allowed and everything else is blocked.

I downloaded the latest policy templates and I'm trying to setup the following: https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates/blob/master/README.md#extensionsettings

the problem that I have is that I don't find "ExtensionSettings" under the firefox GPO, hence the question Where do I set ExtensionSettings?

Yeah, it's not totally clear. It's in the Extensions category as Extension Management.
