typing in hebrew and other languages

Under Tools..Options.........Should have the option under Language "choose the languages used to display menus, messages, and notifications from Thunderbird." but there are no alternatives and I can't add any.

The real goal is just be able to have everything in English but type in Hebrew (which is a language that types from right to left.

I'm able to use Windows 10 language settings to enter Hebrew letters but direction and punctuation is wrong

What you need it the BiDi addon https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/addon/bidi-mail-ui/?src=ss

The issue is Eyal has been having issues actually getting it to V78. https://github.com/eyalroz/bidimailui/issues/3

There is a beta that does support V78 here https://github.com/eyalroz/bidimailui/releases/
