I cannot sign in to my Google Account as I cannot move past the username page. The Next button doesn't work and neither does hitting the Enter key.

I also cannot sign in to my Microsoft account as all I get is a blank page without even the option to enter the credentials.

I was able to sign in to these accounts before and only recently am I facing this issue.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?
