POP works fine, IMAP fails with all settings, won't accept password

Mail is hosted by 1&1 Ionos. They gave the settings for IMAP and POP3. I used all the settings and the alternatives. IMAP won't authenticate when I initially set it up in Thunderbird. Thunderbird can't authenticate the password. Thunderbird can't automatically find the server settings. POP3 works just fine.

They gave the settings for IMAP and POP3.

Please post the IMAP server settings as per the instructions.

Also, please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
