Need the URLs that can be allowed in URL proxy server for getting automaic updates of Mozilla Firefox like versions

We have Wingate Proxy Server installed in our infrastructure for URL filtering. We have installed Mozilla Firefox on the clients machine but the version for FIrefox is not getting update. We need exact URLs that can be allowed the proxy server. From Proxy logs I am getting different different URLs while real time monitoring but that is not working.

Kindly help.

Thanks TyDraniu, By allowing these 3 URLs, it is detecting the new update but not getting automatic update. It is saying to download it separate installer for update and then install manually. when we allow full inter net then it download new version and update it automatically.
