Hi, when you see the folder Old Firefox Data, copy all the relevant data into the new profile folder, or make a backup of your current profile by going to about:profiles, clicking on the Open Folder button there, and copying that folder to the desktop as a backup. Next time you need to use Refresh Firefox, copy the data from that folder into the new fresh Firefox profile in the same location as the old one was. There's no perfect answer to this because extensions save their data and settings in different ways. However, the actual extension themselves are stored in a folder named extensions and if Firefox discovers a bunch of previously unknown extensions in that folder that you copied in, the next time you start up it should prompt you about whether to enable them.
