Thunderbird upgrade -- every time this happens I cannot get into my email it's asking me for the "password" I enter password but times out. I can access my email through Yahoo but not Thunderbird. I did get a message about Norton toolbar did not meet security settings -- disabled it but didn't help.

There are dozens of Yahoo users having the same issue. Maybe Yahoo is having an issue. You see this same complaint here and on the Yahoo forums.

If you check the Verizon site, the new owners of Yahoo and AOL, it says they are down and working on it.
