Stopped working, dont know why, internet is fine, how fix

My mozilla emails just froze, i only get emails from one place. a pizza place. it comes in like every 3-4 minutes, nothing else will come in and i cant send out. Just happened. My wife set a new email account for me with ATT, i hate it. want mozilla to start working again. but cant seem to figure out what the heck to do, or how to un freeze it. can you help? Mike

In trying to decide what your real issue is out of all that I am going to guess you are getting the same email over and over? If so go to your providers webmail page and delete it from the Inbox. Sometimes a bad email clogs up the rest of the process. Removing it let's things flow again.

In trying to decide what your real issue is out of all that I am going to guess you are getting the same email over and over? If so go to your providers webmail page and delete it from the Inbox. Sometimes a bad email clogs up the rest of the process. Removing it let's things flow again.

was playing around with it, going back and forth from the ATT one and Mozilla, Thunderbird, and it started kicking out emails, took it awhile to catch up to todays date. but it's working. Thank you for responding.
