I've tried to "Refresh Firefox" but nothing happens - no window etc - I don't go to it.

Firefox "hangs" randomly so I thought to try "Refresh Firefox" but can't get Refresh to action ie click on the word but nothing happens. You'll have guessed I'm non-technical !

Hello sandyjaunts, please try to create a new Firefox profile, it is almost the same thing like "Refresh firefox".
