How do I get rid of adblocking or exclude someone from it?

I frequently have emails from: FindMyPast and LostCousins but am unable to follow any links they give. I believe the reason may be because there is some adblocking program on my computer. Can you help me please?

Please post some of the blocked links you have tried.
