You can change Firefox for iOS to allow pop ups.

Go to the Settings (click the 'window number' at the top right of the screen then click the gear icon at the top left of the screen), change the 'Block Pop-Up Windows' option and click Done.

Thank you, I already did it. It is set to allow pop-ups however they are still getting blocked...
