browser freezes when in go to a web page or load a video. I have to keep moving my mouse. I have updated my graphic card driver. I need help.

The System Details list shows that you run an older Firefox 25 version that is no longer supported with security updates.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.
