Reply or Reply All doesn't fill in any addresses since Release 38.0.1

Since I upgraded Thunderbird to Release 38.0.1 today when I 'Reply' or 'Reply All' to an e-mail the reply addresses are no longer filled in automatically. I have to add each one manually. Can someone help? Is this a known bug.

I have managed to debug this for myself. An Add On "Identity Chooser 1.8.8" seemed to be preventing the addresses from being added automatically. I have disabled the Add On and it is working correctly again.
