I am not able to sync my firefox with Sync acount ( new)

Hello,

I have updated to the new version of firefox ( v 40) Developer Edition ( Nightly Build )

I am not able to sync anything across my devices

All my history and everything is on my linux machine ( Ubuntu 14.10 --updated to latest packages in repo)

i have checked "about:sync-log" - this page ...and it is having this error "Exception: Could not acquire lock. Label: "service.js: sync". No traceback available" ...

I don't know what that error means ..could not solve it.... and i want to migrate my firefox history to other machine

So the logs shown are from the old sync version 1.49

I do not think is was updated try these steps:Sync your Firefox bookmarks, history, passwords and more
