How do I know if firefox is corrupt? Chinese writing appears on add a tab function.

Occasionally when I add a tab using the plus sign, I get Chinese writing on the tabs and they wont go away unless I close the entire browser. How do I correct? Uninstall and download Firefox again?

Hello jcrivera716951, NO do not uninstall firefox, the problem is mcafee site advisor extension, please try to disable or remove that extension and you are OK.
