I have 2 Gmail accounts. Previously I could log in to each account and check the spam but now when I try to log in I am automatically logged in to my "business" account and can't access my personal account via the mail.google site

I ended up deleting my Google Circles account and was then able to log in to either account. As long as Circles was active, I was automatically logged in to the linked account.

Sounds like you need to work with Google to get your logins fixed. Email passwords are administered with your email provider.
