Why, when I open a website, do I get one or more unwanted websites opening, and how do I stop it. Samsung laptop, Windows 8.1, in South Korea.

  • You can start Firefox with every addon turned off by click the menu button New Fx Menu, click Help Help-29 and select Restart with Add-ons Disabled.

If you don't have problem in safe mode, restart Firefox and uninstall every addon you don't need. To learn how to do it read Disable or remove Add-ons
