Everytime I close firefox I lose all my tabs and history gets erased. This just started once I created an account. I tried changing the startup options, logging out and logging in, google searches, nothing works so far.

The summary says it all. Some time in the pas few days, my saved payment methods disappeared. If I try to use Add new payment method, enter my information and then save, the same things happens. It just disappears as if I hadn't done anything. Any suggestions on why it's suddenly refusing to remember my payment info?

Why am I suddenly receiving this error message when signing onto explore.org live camera feed. Error message is "Playback isn't supported on this device". i am able to play other videos on you tube,etc. How can I fix this?

I use eBird extensively. When I try to play the audio (with sonograms), I get a message that says "We are still processing this file. Try again later". These files perform well on my Android phone, so I know it it is not eBird's glitch. I am confused about the setting options on Firefox that I need to set. These files are usually .wav format. I have tried to open a ticket with eBird, but have not had a response. Can you guide me? Thanks.

Please help me release the cookie for eBird.org sonograms so that they are not blocked or tell me how to do it in plain, non-jargon English step by step. Nobody has answered my requests for help with this. My advice from eBird was to use Edge or Chrome instead, which I don't want to do, especially. Surely there must be someone at Mozilla who uses eBird who can understand how frustrating this is.

So no matter what browser you are using, if it's powered by Chromium you're effectively using Chrome, and our website/charts should work as designed. Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet, and Opera all fall into this category. However, I’m afraid that Firefox does not."

Every other day or so VPN attempts to connect to my chosen location and just freezes. Cannot connect, tries to verify connection, and then just hangs. I can't close it, even with Task Manager. I have to reboot my computer (win 10) and that takes 4 minutes and 40 seconds - I timed it. It makes me not want to use the VPN. I have tried asking VPN for recommended sites and even after trying them it still won't connect.

Very Frustrating. Not worth paying for if I can't connect.

Also frustrating that I cannot contact support directly but must use this forum. The "make contact " box in the app will not work either.

With an older version, i was able to clear cookies after visiting secure sites(s) - now I can't find a way to do this. Please bring it back - I consider this to be extremely important for my security!

Ever since the last update or two when I click on links to open websites, it renders a white screen and I see waiting at the bottom. It takes forever for websites to open. I have toggled acceleration on and off, disabled Windows 11 Efficiency Mode and nothing is working. I am a web developer and I really need websites to open. They open quickly in Chrome but not Firefox after the update and I may need to start using Chrome.
