If I don't use the custom adjustments in my Chrome css, seven buttons on that right side of the menubar are hidden, including the min-max close buttons.

This is problematic when I'm troubleshooting Firefox, and the css is disabled. If I want to close or take the browser out of max mode, I must move those buttons to the navbar, which has no such restriction accommodating those buttons, not to mention why is it necessary for that min-max close trio to monopolize 20% of the menubar. Waste of space. Inefficient.

I'm also curious why must that frame at the top of this sites pages remains persistent, and follows the user down the page, so that when you're composing, and accidentally (and all to often) touch one of those links, it get superimposed over the message, and you must move the cursor to the bottom of the page get rid of it. Not to mention, that frame shrinks the working area of the page about 30% vertically.

I mean, once you have already navigated to the destination page, and you're composing, how often/likely are you going to need to access that area?

I'm trying to make some changes to the Firefox homepage through userChrome.css, but no changes are being applied.

I have set `toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets` to true and my `chrome` folder is saved in the correct filepath: `AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\94fnqz8w.default-release\chrome`, so I'm not sure what could be causing the issue.

I've changed the code to just include one big change to see if it's working, though nothing seems to have changed:

``` .logo-and-wordmark { min-width: 100px !important; } ```
Websites are grainy after Firefox Update Late July 2025, is there a fix for this?
Since I downloaded the new Firefox update yesterday, the lettering on all websites is grainy. I used Chrome and not getting the same grainy-look to the lettering and logo's. To be honest, it is worse on my monitor, but can see the graininess on my laptop as well.
Is there a fix to this, or do you suggest something I could do to fix this on my end? Would deleting Firefox and reinstalling fix my issue? I would rather use Firefox over any other browser, because more added security is provided for your users, and less selling of information.
I tried to screenshot the graininess to add to the images, but it subsided upon capturing.
Thank you, Michelle Rodrigues
Good afternoon. Yesterday I updated the Mozilla version from 135.0.1 to 136.0 and now the Firefox logo has appeared on the main screen (where the shortcuts are), thus reducing the size of the shortcuts and creating the inconvenience of having to scroll with the mouse, because before that everything fit nicely. Please remove the logo from the Firefox home page. Or tell me how I can return to version 135.01 without losing my data. This is very inconvenient, so much so that I decided to write to you for the first time.
With firefoxs new update, I decided to try using my own photos are the update advertises. I do personal photography on the side and have lots of high resolution images. When I upload my images to use as my homescreen picture, it is zoomed in 3x or so. I was wondering if there was an pixel count I should be adhearing to for optimally fitting images on the home screen? Or a settings tab somewhere to adjust the fit of the image.
I've messed around with the UI a bit and now the firefox tools, which used to be vertically stacked on top of each other with text next to them, are a horizontal row of icons at the bottom of the bar. See images for comparison. I've not found a way to get them back to how they were in settings, sidebar settings or about:config.
Hey, I have a dual monitor setup, whenever I mouse over the sidebar to move to my other monitor the sidebar gets stuck on the expanded state which covers content on the currently open webpage
Is there a way to make the sidebar close when my mouse leaves the monitor?
I have hover to expend enabled, so I would expect it the sidebar to close when my mouse leaves the monitor (as well as the firefox window)
I'll be happy to share any other information related to my question.
