Why do I always have to restart firefox in safe mode

Hi When browsing, the Firefox icon keeps flashing and any action I do is slow and erratic, if I reset with add ons disabled, then start in Safe Mode, then everything is fine, I generally have to do this everytime I open my Browser, annoying to say the least !

problem : You need to update your plugins. It is important to keep them updated due to continuing security fixes and improvements in those plug-ins.

or

You are using an outdated version of Firefox.

Hello tonybev, if the problem does not happen in Safe Mode then first try to Turn off hardware acceleration, and check firefox again (in normal mode of course) [note that in safe mode hardware acceleration is disable]

if the above does not solve the problem then, the second option is to Disable all extensions and Test for faulty extensions [in safe mode extensions are disable].
