We discovered the issue is with 64-bit Exceed. 32-bit Exceed works just fine. We have the desktop team investigating.

We don't think it is a problem with Firefox anymore. Thank you for replying. :-)

Could you provide some more information? When do you get the error? Does it happen on a specific site? If so, what site?
