Firefox currently doesn't have an import wizard for Google Chrome, so you need to export the bookmarks in GC to an HTML file and import that file in Firefox to get the GC bookmarks. Other data from GC can't be imported. Firefox 11, currently on the Aurora update channel, will have an import wizard for at least bookmarks and cookies.

You can open the Bookmarks Manager in Google Chrome (wrench icon > Bookmarks > Bookmarks Manager) and select "Tools > Export Bookmarks"
This will export the Chrome bookmarks to a file bookmarks.html.
You can import that file in Firefox: Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import HTML : "From File"
