No audio at all for Netflix; no problem elsewhere

I use instant viewing only on Netflix. After installing Firefox i can bring up the movie but there is not sound. I've tried random selection of movies but nothing. Other videos, dvd, etc.. the audio works fine.

Hi Orpah,

Have you looked that the Knowledge Base article What to do if Firefox won't play any sounds? There are some really good troubleshooting steps in there. I'm *fairly* certain netflix uses silverlight, so you might want to be sure all your plugins and extensions are up to date. Take a look at Fix common audio and video issues for some help with that.
