Firefox crashes
Everytime I try to open Firefox, it gives me a Crash Report thru Mozilla Crash Reporter. I've submitted the crash report a number of times. I need to be able to access Firefox. I did change my modem but not sure if that would have anything to do with Firefox crashing. Thanks so much for your help. MaureenR

Yes, you can use another browser like IE to download Firefox 8. You won't lose your bookmarks or any other data or settings.

upgrade your browser to Firefox 8 and check
I can't open the Firefox browser to upgrade it. Do I download the latest version into IE? I don't want to lose any bookmarks.

Thanks so much for all your help. I was hesitant but went ahead & downloaded 8 & no problems. Bookmarks there.
