This happens when I try to print a document on computer A on a printer connected to networked computer B . When I click on "OK" to accept the error message, the document and program close and nothing prints. I am able to access the document from computer B and then print it on the printer connected to computer B.

"This happened" every time I try to print from A.

Your More system details... shows that the last selected printer ( print.print_printer ) was the Microsoft XPS Document Writer, not an actual printer.

There are other things that you can look at.

Your above posted system details show multiple Java Console extensions.
You can uninstall (remove) the Java Console extensions, you do not need them to run Java applets.

See http://kb.mozillazine.org/Java#Multiple_Java_Console_extensions

Disable the Java Quick Starter extension: Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions

  • Control Panel -> Java -> Advanced tab -> Miscellaneous -> Java Quick Starter (disable)
