wasn't updating then would not load at all. Unistalled it and then reinstalled it and now it says it can locate a link in the library to start up. Help?

Fire fox starting saying udatinh then said that another fire fox was running and ask to close and restart. And then would open. All of the sudden it just kept cycaling with the udate and can't udate never opening. So I unistalled it and then reinstalledit twice and got this error message. The procedure entry point?js_reportoverRecuresed@@YAXPAUJS@@@z could not be located in the dynamik link in libraryji 3250.dll. and will not open. Help?
