i cant download microsoft.net framework 2.0 for use with a kodak easy share camera?

What happens when you try to download it?

With the Microsoft site, it is sometimes better to use Internet Explorer, this is often the case when downloading from Microsoft. Have you tried using IE to download it? Having said that the following download page works OK for me in Firefox - http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856EACB-4362-4B0D-8EDD-AAB15C5E04F5&displaylang=en&pf=true
