I want to download some of my games from bigfish, it says to save it to the download file, but it doesn't download--what am I doing wrong?

When I had the internet explorer, all I had to do was hit download and it downloaded to BigFish Manager, now it won't download at all, just saves it in the download file. What am I doing wrong?

I can download my games by going into my download folder and clicking on the file!!
