Sorry I'm late responding. To answer your question, I am using zoom web service. Everything else is functioning well except I can't share my screen for the other pariticants to look at.

Hi there, are you a basic account holder? According to this article https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060596 it sets by default to only to hosts
