Hello everyone,

I am facing an issue with my website https://ppscjobz.pk.

The website opens normally in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and on mobile devices, but some users have reported that it either loads very slowly or does not open correctly in Mozilla Firefox.

I have already checked:

SSL certificate Website hosting DNS settings Cache and cookies Mobile responsiveness

However, the issue still seems to occur for some Firefox users.

By "on mobile devices" meaning Firefox for Android is unaffected and it only ever affects desktop users?

What are the errors users reported? What OS/versions they use … etc. — unless you have the ability to collect the reports yourself please do point the users to the "Broken Site" reporting functionality in the browser to collect the data for them.

They can also self–serve the troubleshooting steps provided here on the support site.
